Background
Ms. Kelly received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish from the University or Aside from litigation, Ms. Kamboj has experience in transactional matters such as formation of business contracts, licensing contracts as well as copyrights and trademarks. Background Ms. Kamboj was raised in San Jose, California and currently resides in Sacramento, California. She received her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1999 and a Ms. Kamboj received her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May of 2005. While in law school, she was a law clerk for the California Department of Justice-Attorney General’s Office within the Tort and Condemnation Department and the Health, Education and Welfare Department. In addition to clerking with the Attorney General’s Office, she provided research assistance to the Civil Justice Association of California, a non-profit coalition dedicated to bringing balance to the Civil Justice System by working towards eliminating frivolous lawsuits. ___________________________________________________________
Oregon, in 1990. In December of 2005, Ms. Kelly graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She and was admitted to the State Bar of California in May 2006 and the State Bar of Oregon in October 2006.
Before entering law school, Ms. Kelly had a successful career in business in the Silicon Valley high-tech sector working as a sales and marketing account executive at Sun Microsystems, Cobalt Networks and 3Com Corporation. While a law student at McGeorge, Ms. Kelly concentrated in the study of International Law and participated in the Salzburg, Austria study program co-taught by Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. Ms. Kelly received the Witkin award for academic excellence in coursework and received honors for oral argument at the William C. VIS Commercial Moot Arbitration competition in Vienna, Austria. Additionally, she completed internships with the Sacramento County Conflict Criminal Defense Panel.
Ms. Kelly commenced her Civil Litigation practice in 2006 managing business litigation matters for Bay Area business owners. In 2007, she joined San Francisco's premiere legal malpractice firm where she litigitated plaintiffs' complex legal malpractice actions. Ms. Kelly believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people and their businesses deal with their legal issues. In 2008, Ms. Kelly founded the Kelly Law Offices. Kelly Law Offices has allowed Deirdre to fully realize her passion for helping people successfully resolve their legal issues.

Vandana Kamboj is Of Counsel to the firm. She is the founding member of Kamboj Law Offices in Sacramento, CA. Ms. Kamboj has extensive experience in litigating Personal Injury and Construction Defect matters on behalf of litigants and defendants. She also handles the litigation of Real Estate Malpractice matters, Landlord-Tenant disputes and Contractual disputes.
second B.S. in Administration of Justice in 2002 from San Jose State University. While working on her second degree, she was employed by Advanced Micro Devices in Sunnyvale, California as a Biological Engineer.
Ms. Kamboj was admitted into the California State Bar Association in December of 2005. She began her career at the Law Offices of Daniel J. Sullivan where she represented plaintiffs in personal injury, civil rights, and employment law cases. Thereafter, she represented an international window manufacturer in various construction defect lawsuits. She later expanded her practice to defending insurance companies in various areas of law including, but not limited to, casualty (slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents, railroad accidents, premises liability, etc.), construction defect, professional malpractice, and environmental contamination lawsuits at the law firm of Erickson, Arbuthnot, Kilduff, Day & Lindstrom.
